In February 2005, ATS acquired Spark Network Services from Infinity Broadcasting. Founded in 1994 by a team of academics at Northwestern University, Spark Network Services today is the clear leader in serving the radio industry with telephone based voice personals. Spark’s proprietary MatchLink® system is the underlying technology powering the service. This state of the art matchmaking service combines an interactive voice response (IVR) system with a powerful and dynamic algorithm to provide singles with highly compatible matches in an easy to use and confidential manner through the simplicity and popularity of the telephone. In addition, Spark possesses a patent covering two-way matching technology. Spark Network Services has worked with over 400 radio and television stations in the U.S. and Canada in offering the Matchlink dateline.
