Rufus Moore Joins Spark Network Services

Des Plaines, IL (PRWEB) August 18, 2006 -- Rufus Moore joined Spark Network Services, as Regional Sales Manager to provide customized text messaging services to businesses, radio groups, advertising agencies, financial services, health care entities, staffing companies and political organizations.

As a St. Louis native, Moore understands the local, regional and national market industry very well. He managed and sold radio and outdoor advertising to major corporations and agencies. For several years, he was General Manager for OBIE Media. He most recently was Regional Account Executive for Radio One, Inc.

Moore is a resident of suburban St. Louis County. He chairs the media committee and on-site media relations for Fair Saint Louis. He currently serves on several boards and other committees within the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Moore is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Computer Science and Marketing.
