If you are capturing leads through the IVRsolution, you’ll need a way to convert those voice files into written names, addresses, and possibly telephone numbers.

ATS can provide transcription services to convert your call capture voice files into direct mail database leads.

Unfortunately, there’s no valid, automated way to do this.  Its just hard work.

Sure, there are some tools that we have that can make the job easier like our Melissa database tool that matches phone numbers to the owners’ addresses, but at the end of the day, it’s about the dedicated work of the transcription department that must listen to the voice and transcribe it into a name, address, and possibly phone number for the client.

Our employees that work in the transcription department are all United States and Canadian citizens with English as their primary language.  We don’t offshore this task.  So, while you may be able to get it done cheaper overseas, it won’t have the same success rate of those who live in the country and understand the nuances of American and Canadian surnames and street addresses.  And, since you’ve paid a lot to get that consumer to leave his name and address, you’ll want to make sure that it converts into a verifiable lead so that you can mail the information to them.

We supply you and your fulfillment company with the names and addresses on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis, depending on volume so you can get your literature into the hands of the consumers as soon as possible.

A typical name and address conversion can be done for less than .50 per record.  Rates vary based on size of the records, frequency of transcription, and amount of data sent to the fulfillment house.
